Photos / Media / Files Permission
We request storage access to allow you to import images for PDF conversion and export/save PDF documents to your device. All file processing occurs locally. We do not access, upload, or store your files on external servers.
Storage
All documents you create or manage with Instant Doc are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain servers that store your documents. You have full control over your files and can delete them at any time through the app or your device's file manager.
File Processing
All PDF processing — including scanning, merging, compressing, and conversion — is performed entirely on your device. No document data is ever sent to external servers for processing. This ensures your sensitive information remains under your control at all times.
Local Storage
Application settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. You can clear this data at any time through your device settings without affecting your documents.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Since all processing is done locally on your device, the security of your documents largely depends on your device's built-in security features. We recommend using device-level security measures such as screen locks and encryption.
Children's Privacy
Instant Doc is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Third-Party Services
Instant Doc may use third-party services for:
- Crash reporting and analytics (anonymized data only)
- Google Play Store distribution
