Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Distribute, sublicense, or sell the application to third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the application
- Use the application to process illegal or prohibited content
Intellectual Property
Instant Doc and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Instant Doc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Instant Doc name and logo are trademarks of Instant Doc.
Disclaimer
Instant Doc is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the application is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Instant Doc, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of documents, or business interruption.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Instant Doc at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the application ceases immediately.
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts.
